1. Platform Use

Sey Bites is a food ordering platform that connects customers with local restaurants in Seychelles. We act as a technology intermediary and are not responsible for the quality, preparation, or delivery of food items by restaurant partners.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Sey Bites reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through Sey Bites are subject to restaurant acceptance. Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the restaurant.

4. Restaurant Partners

Restaurants listed on Sey Bites are independent businesses. They are responsible for food safety, accuracy of menu descriptions, and fulfillment of orders. Sey Bites does not guarantee availability of any menu item.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use Sey Bites for fraudulent purposes, place fake orders, or attempt to disrupt the platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sey Bites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your most recent order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seychelles.
